ADCIV was previously known as Adelaide Civil Pty Ltd. We have been operating in the civil and construction industry for more than 20 years. Stephen Fines-Phillips, General Manager
With over 20 years experience in civil engineering in the public and private sectors, consulting and contracting, Stephen combines his extensive civil engineering expertise and management skills to provide industry-best practices and solutions.

Grant Armstrong, Director/Construction Manager
Grant has extensive project construction experience and civil industry knowledge. He has been involved with projects in remote areas and worked on projects at all levels of government.

Tony Finnegan, Director/Contracts Manager
Tony has 30 years' experience of project construction and commercial management, and a wealth of commercial knowledge in both private and government sectors.

Walter Pavlic, Director/Project Manager
Walter has 20 years' experience in civil engineering projects in both Australia and overseas, including bulk earth, remediation, road construction and maintenance including planning, budgeting and scheduling of all types of civil projects.

Judith Sonnefeld, Director/Administration Manager
Judith has over 20 years’ administration management experience. Starting her career in a family run heavy haulage transport business, she easily made the transition to the civil construction industry. Judith manages the smooth running of the administration and staff.
