One of the largest rehabilitation projects undertaken in Australia. Once a highly contaminated, eight-hectare industrial area. Now an inner-urban housing development site. Excavation to depths up to 9.5 metres and recompaction and capping with a three-metre layer of clean clay liner. Following the remediation ADCIV carried out the subdivisional works.
